Fall Back
Prayer was Daniel’s fall back because prayer was Daniel’s habit.

Pillars crumble
Sometimes everything you’ve counted on is pulled from underneath you. One of those times for Linda and me was in January 1988. The summer before we believed God had called us to leave a church position in Reidsville, NC, go to seminary [...]
Night of Horrors
Don’t waste your night.

Spooky story
I didn’t choose Daniel 5 for the Halloween weekend sermon, but if I had been looking for an appropriate Bible story with a strong spook factor, this would have to be it. The top three stories that come to mind that would be most appropriate for this weekend [...]

Daniel 4 has a familiar [...]
Able to Save
“In the end, I won.”
Daniel 3:8-16

Revealer of Mysteries
Golden heads crumble.
Daniel 2:44-49
